NYANP Membership

To join the NYANP and become a member or renew your membership today, follow these 3 simple steps:

   1. Complete Online Membership Application:  then click on the red "View Cart" button on the left of the page and proceed to the Checkout to process payment;

   2.  Submit Copy of License and Diploma, or Student ID:  ND license (1 year grace period for new graduates), diploma (new members only), or current Student ID (Student Memberships only) to us at 800.846.6778.  Please note, if you are renewing your membership we do need a copy of your updated license faxed to us, as well.

   3. Professional Members, Submit Find an ND Content:  email assistant@nyanp.org with the following information, include only that which you would like to be listed in Find an ND:
          * Full Name and Practice Name with address
          * Phone and email contact information
          * Website information
          * Areas of Emphasis

Monthly Payment Option:   The NYANP is now offering the option to pay your Professional Membership dues monthly over 12 months as an alternative to renewing your membership in full.  To take advantage of this option, please call us at 800.846.6778.  You will not be able to exercise this option online.  Note that you will still need to complete steps 2 and 3 above. 
 
Upon receipt of your complete membership submission (including the required faxed documents), your request will be submitted to the NYANP Board for approval.  Once approved, you will receive a letter with your membership details via postal mail.  Professional Members, including 1st through 3rd Year Graduates, will also receive an NYANP Membership Certificate; Professional and Associate ND Member information will be uploaded to Find an ND on the NYANP website.
