(Between 7th and 8th Avenues in Manhattan - Convenient Chelsea location near Penn Station and other mass transit.)
Set Up Schedule:
Set up will begin at 8:30 am on Sunday, October 10, 2010. All set up must be completed by 9:00am.
Breakdown will begin at 5:00 pm and must be completed by 5:30 pm.
Shipping Information:
If you are shipping materials ahead, please email caroline@nyanp.org for a Shipping Notice Form. Please note: Packages must be delivered on Thursday or Friday prior to the conference ONLY. NO packages will be accepted before this date. We need you to bring your return shipping label and prepare all packages to be shipped out Monday morning.
