214 West 29th St., 16th Floor
New York, NY  10001
(Between 7th and 8th Avenues in Manhattan - Convenient Chelsea location near Penn Station and other mass transit.)

Exhibitor Information:
Set up will begin at 8:30 am on Sunday, October 10th.  All set up must be completed by 9:00 am. 
Breakdown will be begin at 5:00 pm and must be completed by 5:30 pm.

If you are shipping materials ahead, please email assistant@nyanp.org for a Shipping Notice Form.  Please note:  Packages may be delivered up to 3 days prior to the conference (Thursday, October 7th and Friday, October 8th) NO packages will be accepted before this date.  You may also bring your materials with you on the morning of the conference. 

Please note:  All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.  Any cancellations within 2 weeks of Conference are non-refundable.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 800.846.6778.
