We are grateful for the support of our exhibitors and the interest of many others.  This year's Conference is now full and we are no longer accepting additional exhibitors.  Thank you for your inquiries.  We look forward to having you with us in the future.

Exhibitor Information:
Set up will begin at 8:30am on Sunday, October 4th.  All set up must be completed by 9:30am. 
Breakdown will be begin at 5:30pm and must be completed by 6:00pm.

If you are shipping materials ahead, please email assistant@nyanp.org for a Shipping Notice Form.  Please note:  Packages must be delivered on Thursday, October 1st or Friday, October 2nd, 2009 ONLY.  NO packages will be accepted before this date.  You may also bring your materials with you on the morning of the Conference. 

Please note:  All cancellations must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval.  Any cancellations within 2 weeks of Conference are non-refundable.  If you have any questions, please contact us at 800.846.6778.
