2009 Annual Conference Registration includes:

• Grand Rounds Workshop

Please register early and arrive before the scheduled start times. Registration will begin at 9:30am and the Conference will begin promptly at 10:00am.

Important Notes for Attendees:
Note on Food:  Instead of one long break for lunch, the conference schedule has been planned to allow for small, frequent meals.  While we will NOT be serving a standard lunch; healthy snacks will be served in the lobby area during breaks.  Please bring your preferred lunch or plan to go out for food; there are many nearby restaurants.  Food is not allowed in the conference room. 

Note on Shoes: The space we are using for the conference is a sacred space.  It is asked that you please remove your shoes when entering the conference room.  Please plan accordingly.

Important Note on Continuing Education Credits: Please be sure to sign in at the beginning of the day and sign out at the end of the day.  This ensures that your CE credits will be processed.  You will receive a certificate in the mail within 2 weeks of the conference.  Pending Approval:  6 CEU’s  (general or pharmacy).
